- rummet var mycket bra , sängar o kuddar sköna. Hördes inget alls av ljud/trafik utanför. Flera engelskspråkiga TV-kanaler. Hotellet är beläget ung. mitt emellan flygplats och city. Spårvagn in till city på någon minuts gångavstånd från hotellet. Tram nr 11 var inne på centralstationen på ca 20 min. Hämtning/skjuts till flygplatsen fungerade smidigt . |

Friendly staff, felt very welcomed. Check-in took longer than expected but the hotel has employees at the lobby to warmly greet and welcomed us; made the check-in wait less uncomfortable after long flight in. Concierge facilities were available for us to store our baggage and took off for the city while waiting for our room to be ready post-check-in. Conveniently located in front of main tram. Perhaps the hotel could provide foc wifi / hotspots in the lobby for registered guests to use. Also, complimentary mineral water is always appreciated instead of having to pay for it. |

Wonderful service and the restaurant offers Sushi buffet are great so many different sushi dishes but it also not cheap. We enjoyed it very much. |

the hotel has a large rooms with comfortabel beds. The location is ideal to the airport and the place is very quite. I had problem in checking in , they made me to wait few hours to get to my rooms. i had the booking.com confirmation but yet the front desk staff were not helpful. i had to call booking.com who helped me a lot. |

トラムがホテル前より走るようになり便利にはなったが、中央駅に出るまでには２５分はかかる。ダウンタウンまで１５分という表示はどこを基準にしているのか不明。 室内ミニバーのソフトドリンク等はすべて料金に含まれるとの説明をチェックインの際受けた。後に、家族がフロントに電話しこの点を確認しようとしたところ、違う説明を受けた。結局、料金に含まれていたものの、釈然としない。また室内の湯沸かし器内に水が残ったままになっていた。やや不快。その他は朝食もすばらしくスタッフもフレンドリーでした。 |

Er werd 300 Chf borg gevraagd in contanten, welke in euros betaald is. Het retourneren van de borg vond plaats in Euros, dat was voor meer dan 400 €, welke in Nederland tegen een veel lagere koers en met wisselkosten weer ingeleverd zijn. |

Es un hotel muy limpio, muy bien atendido y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Zürich. Por las mañanas pasaban a hacer la habitación muy temprano y además, en más de una ocasión, llamaron a la puerta para ofrecer cosas del minibar. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und nettes Ambiente. Die Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich. Mithilfe des Hotel-Shuttle-Bus ist man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten am Hotel. |
