The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The hotel is Very nice. Not knowing anything about the layout of Zurich, I chose to be on the lake in close walking distance to the old town area. This location is nice because of the lake view, but if you prefer the cobblestone streets and small alleys of the more touristy areas, you may want to choose the more northern end of Lake Zurich. Fantastic hotel and would stay again. |

Everything about this hotel - location, quality of the room, house- keeping service including the toiletries, dinner in the restaurant were just perfect! The best of all though were the Staff - in the Reception and the Restaurant were simply wonderful people! Thank you to all of you who made my stay a joyous experience!!! Thank you again! I look forward to returning to Zurich soon & stay here again |

We had an exquisite room with matching amenities, the view was outstanding. We suppose the cost of breakfast was quite steep, but as we did not partake it would be unfair to say if it was good value for the cost. |
